The Story:
We originally purchased the Targa in May 1987 in Los Angeles, CA. Shortly after I got married my wife thought it would be nice to buy me an old Porsche to replace the old 356A I had loved. Of course I wanted a 911 not a 356. It took a month or so of looking to find my pristine little jewel. I am the third owner. It was my daily driver in L.A.. In July 1994 I retired from the Aerospace industry early and moved to Asheville, NC. I have kept the car original except for improvements; hydraulic chain tensioners, a Cambermaster strut brace and Bilstein rear shocks. The car is now used primarily for pleasure.
